More than a day late on this UK heaviness, but definitely no dollar (or pound) short. Glad to grab the tape before it sells out. Because it almost certainly will. Also, they make pretty sweet recommendations.

An 18-wheeler speeding toward hell; fast, dark, heavy. Wonderful from start to finish. Will enjoy this one for a long time.
Favorite track: Fatberg.

Nothing makes sunning yourself on a lounger in Tenerife more enjoyable than sitting and listening to Callus exceedingly loud in your headphones.
This band are one to watch...nods to those that came before them but have their own distinctive sound.
If you do not have this band in your life then yours is a sorry existence.
Favorite track: Molar Crown.

𝓐 righteously wicked riffin' engine impacts a carriage of rollercoasting grooves, shattering the sonic airlock between the primeval spheres of stoner-doom and thrash metal. The ensuing union is resoundingly rugged 'n' raw and a sludge-guzzling celebration of all things heavy.
Favorite track: Ka-tet.
(The Razors Edge)
"Whilst Callus combine the heavier end of the stoner vibe, there’s no real genre pinning to be done here. They move ghost-like between styles, retaining the thumping flavors which demand you nod your head and stamp the feet."

(A Certain Taste)
"Callus has a clear vision of what they want to sound like and allow for other influences to creep in, with no detriment to the songwriting and consensus of sound they wish to portray."

(Head-Banger Reviews)
"It’s at every turn Callus doesn’t only decimate all in its path in glorious fashion, but show us what it really means to deliver the goods in a form that cannot be considered anything other than exceptional."

Superb production and accompanying artwork, this is a real gem of heaviness. The vocal range and riffs seriously set the bar. Overall its a rather... beefy album CALLUS

Deep doom and massive fuzz, but also lots of space and time to contemplate why we might be here. Drummer is particularly cool, as is everything else. Really good for getting stoned, putting on headphones in the middle of a field, lying down, closing your eyes, and drifting off into another world. Heavy as fuck too. Jono Schneider

Hypnotic Aztec sludge, fresh from the savage, sweltering jungles of (checks notes) Sheffield...
Seriously, this is excellent. Highly recommended. rogerwinchester
